Apply in Person

Mobile County - Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons from 1:00pm - 3:00pm in Room 427 on the 4th floor of Government Plaza in Mobile.

Baldwin County - Tuesday mornings from 9:00am - 11:00am at Prodisee Pantry located at 9315 Spanish Fort Blvd, Spanish Fort, AL 36527.

Clarke County - The first Wednesday of the month from 10am-12pm at the Clarke County United Way Office, 118 Clark St, Grove Hill, AL 36451.

Washington County - The first Wednesday of the month from 1pm-3pm at the Washington County Public Library, 14102 St. Stephens Ave, Chatom, AL 36518.
